Having lived in North Carolina all my life, I guess it isn't a suprise that I find myself not noticing a true change of season.  But it only takes a walk into any retail outlet to remind me that I better stock up on candy and start planning big meals and how to get a big tree into the house.  And I might even have to bring in my houseplants that have enjoyed the summer outside!

We are truly blessed to be in a state where the mountains are displaying their peak fall colors right now and the beaches are still pleasantly warm to visit.  Makes picking your activities hard!  At 32,000 acres, Lake Norman gives us so much beauty and recreation.  So if you want to live like a southerner, just take a look through the home search and let me know which one you want to make yours!  Stretching summer sportsSucculent Topped Pumpkins
