Thinking of buying? Search all homes on the MLS

If you’re in the market to buy your first home in 2018, there is a new first-time homebuyer loan program being released soon that can help you.

Not all of the details of this loan program are finalized yet, but it’s known what the guidelines will be. This program will be an $8,000 down payment assistance loan, and it will be available in all 100 counties in North Carolina.

There will be some income limits with this loan, and you will more than likely need a minimum credit score of 640. This loan will also be available for use with new construction.

"If you’re in the market for a home, get in touch with Terry now so you can qualify for this program."

While there’s not an exact release date for this loan yet, they think it will come out sometime in January. That means now is a great time to get pre-qualified if you’re thinking about purchasing at the beginning of the year so you’re ready when the loan is released.

If you’re interested in buying a home in the South Carolina area of Charlotte, there is also a new zero money down program I’d love to talk to you about.

If you have any other questions about this new loan, you can give him a call at (704) 267-4086 or send him an email at [email protected].

If you have any other real estate questions or you’re thinking of buying or selling a home, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’d be happy to help you.
