Hi friend!
I’m Amanda Jarrell, real estate broker with The Longleaf Group at eXp Realty. After spending eight years helping real estate agents thrive online, I’m cashing in my industry knowledge and marketing background by helping the South Charlotte community navigate buying and selling homes.
Originally from Western North Carolina, I moved to Weddington in 2020 for the small-town vibe so close to a thriving metro. I love that I can have drinks in the city in the evening and be home with my chickens in minutes.
For the last few years, I have been fortunate to take care of my family at home. While running a household and freelancing part-time, I learned to prioritize my time and maximize my efforts. I also discovered my passion for serving families. As a recent home buyer and mom to a special needs super-kid, I understand how valuable it is to have someone defend you in unknown and stressful situations. I love that I can help remove some of that stress by being an advocate and resource for my clients.
In my spare time, I can usually be found in my backyard frolicking with my family. I am currently the Vice Chair of the Planning Board for the Town of Weddington and I also serve the Rotary Club of Waxhaw-Weddington.
What I love most about real estate is meeting new people and learning about their lives. I believe we have all been through something worth sharing and love it when these stories are shared with me.
